What the program entails

The core of the mentoring program is a one-year-long engagement which is executed in 3 phases. It comprises a four-month-long mentor-led phase, a six-month-long mentee-led phase, and a two-month concluding phase.

During the mentor-led phase, the participants are groomed on five key themes including:

  • Career trajectory
  • Personal branding
  • Personal finance management
  • Communication skills, and
  • Leadership and management skills

During the mentee-led phase, the participants get a monthly opportunity to discuss their progress and concerns with the mentors for a period of six months.

In the concluding phase, the mentees are introduced to our follow-up community and prepared for the ongoing post-fellowship relationships. They also get their various achieved certificates and awards during the program.
